Laugh or Cry?

Both are good for you; they can be relief or release.
Two side of the same coin, a dime is still a dime from whichever side you look at it.

Or put it another way, nature always, over time, has the ability of redressing the balance.

If you find something funny laugh, laugh out loud. If something is sad for you then cry.
Do not try and stifle your emotions.
In the long run, I believe it will lead to stress and ultimately ill health.
